The Health and Human Services Building is a seven story 69,000 SF Office Building. The building houses the Buncombe County Health Department Offices. The building is constructed of Structural Steel Framing, Cast in Place Concrete Stair and Elevator Towers, Metal Stud Framing, Cast Stone Veneer, Brick Veneer, Curtain Wall Framing, and Membrane Roofing.

The Parking Deck is an eight story, 240,000 SF Cast in Place deck which has 650 Parking Spaces, The deck includes Cast in Place Concrete Elevator ad Stair Towers. The exterior is clad with perforated metal panels to provide open views while still giving protection from wind and rain.
