The Multi-Purpose Building is a one story auditorium/event space building capable of hosting many types of events for the college. In addition the building houses the campus police security offices.

The building is constructed of Structural Steel Framing, Metal Stud Framing, Aluminum Storefront and Curtain Wall, Brick Veneer, Precast Columns, and Membrane Roofing.

The project is adjacent to the AB Tech Parking Deck.
