Cambar Software, a leading software developer, will occupy a new state of the art green 30,000 square-foot office building utilizing both passive and active solar designs. According to Jim Rozier Berkley County Supervisor, "This building is the most environmentally sensitive building ever constructed in our state and provides a model to be considered by others in the future."

With tilt-up panels the design-build schedule will take only a few months. American South partnered with Innovative Designs of Raleigh, NC and Las Vegas, Nevada to produce this environmentally friendly building. The facility will utilize natural day lighting to reduce energy consumption and collect rainwater to flush toilets and provide irrigation for the landscaping.
